Absolute Armor for
Critical Lifts.
Advanced polymeric systems engineered to eliminate sling failure and guarantee 100% preservation of sensitive finished components during heavy rigging operations.
Corporate Profile
Engineering Zero-Failure Environments.
Secuflex® operates at the intersection of advanced material science and heavy industrial logistics. We do not manufacture standard lifting gear; we engineer the specialized protective interfaces that allow standard gear to survive extreme environments.
The Cost of Compromise
In modern manufacturing, the cost of a single scratch on a machined turbine or a polished shaft equates to thousands of dollars in rework. The historical reliance on improvised protection—scrap rubber, cardboard, or bare metal—introduces unacceptable risks of sling decapitation (the guillotine effect) and workpiece damage.
Secuflex® replaces improvisation with engineered certainty. Our systems are adopted globally by leading aerospace, metallurgical, and wind energy corporations to protect both their personnel and their multi-million-dollar components.
Defect Rate
Total prevention of scratches and dents on finished goods during intra-facility transit.
Sling Lifespan
Extending the operational life of expensive textile slings by blocking fluid and abrasive penetration.
Hands-Free Safety
Magnetic systems allow riggers to clear the danger zone before crane tension is applied.
Proprietary Compounds
Material Science Advantage
Every Secuflex® product is founded on specific proprietary polymer matrices, engineered and calibrated for distinct operational environments.
Our flagship structural elastomer. Engineered for extreme dynamic cutting loads. Under extreme multi-ton pressure, the material exhibits controlled compaction, forming a self-guiding channel (rut) that acts as a rail to prevent lateral sling slippage.
- Operational: -30°C to +55°C
- Extreme Anti-Cut Formulation
- High tear propagation resistance
- UV & Mineral Oil resistant
A monolithic industrial compound featuring Sealed Surface technology. It is specifically designed to completely block the penetration of sharp metal shavings and aggressive fluids. Features a High-Grip micro-traction surface and shock-absorbing hydro-cushion dynamics.
- Sealed surface (Zero fluid ingress)
- High-Grip traction control
- Advanced shock absorption
- Deep cohesion bonding capability
A high-rigidity engineering polymer with an ultra-low dry friction coefficient. Specifically designed for direct interfacing with highly abrasive wire ropes and heavy steel chains, offering exceptional resistance to chipping and point-contact impacts.
A specialized structural coating polymer exhibiting extreme cohesive adhesion to synthetic textile fibers and steel. Used for monolithic, fixed armor coatings on lifting slings and heavy machinery interfaces like forklift tines.
Technical Regulation Note: Rut Formation
Under multi-ton loads on the working surface of Secuflex® BB3 and MarFlex MB3, a residual indented track (rut/groove) shaped like the sling is guaranteed to form. This is the standard operational physics of elastomer compaction and IS NOT A DEFECT. The groove acts as a critical guide rail, preventing dangerous lateral sling slippage during crane vibrations and maintaining 100% protective integrity.
